Landlord fee schedule

Our current letting and management fee schedule is issued in writing before instruction and forms part of the landlord agency agreement. If you would like a copy before instructing us, please contact our landlord team and we will provide the current schedule.

Complaints and escalation

If you are unhappy with our service, please follow our written complaints procedure first. Where eligible, unresolved complaints may then be escalated to PRS.

Tenant permitted payments

Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, only certain payments can be charged in connection with a tenancy. The main permitted payments are:

Tenancy depositSubject to the legal cap that applies to the tenancy.
Holding depositUp to one week's rent, where lawfully requested.
Default paymentsOnly where the tenancy agreement allows them, such as replacement keys/security devices or interest on overdue rent where permitted by law.
Variation, assignment or novationUp to GBP 50 including VAT, or the reasonable cost if higher and properly evidenced.
Early termination requested by the tenantOnly where the tenant asks to leave early and the charge reflects the landlord's loss or our reasonable costs.
Utilities, communication services, TV licence and council taxOnly where the tenancy agreement makes the tenant responsible for these items.
